STL Plug Creations Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the STL Plug Creations website or placing any orders. By accessing or using any part of the site or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

  • Agreement: These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

  • Modifications: STL Plug Creations reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use this site.

2. Product Information and Ordering

  • Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Availability: All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Pricing: All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

3. The Custom Order and Production Process

  • Design Submission and Review:

    • For custom items (hoodies, shirts, memory necklaces, tumblers, etc.), the customer is responsible for submitting high-quality images, logos, or text ("Customer Content").

    • STL Plug Creations is not responsible for low print quality resulting from low-resolution Customer Content provided by the customer.

  • Approval Process:

    • Before production begins, STL Plug Creations will provide a digital mockup or proof of the custom design for the customer's review and approval.

    • The customer must formally approve the proof before production can start.

    • Production Error: Once the proof is approved, STL Plug Creations is only responsible for errors in production (e.g., printing the wrong design or size) if the final product deviates from the approved proof.

    • Customer Error: If the approved proof contains an error (e.g., misspelling, incorrect date, wrong color choice) that the customer failed to catch, the customer is responsible for the cost of reprinting the order.

  • Production Timelines: Custom orders require varying production times. Quoted production times are estimates and may be subject to minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material availability, equipment failure). We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

  • Timely Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Production of custom items will not commence until full payment is received and processed.

5. Intellectual Property and Customer Content

  • Ownership of Customer Content: You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use any Customer Content (images, logos, etc.) you submit to STL Plug Creations for customization.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold STL Plug Creations harmless from any and all claims, damages, and costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from the use of Customer Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.

  • Our Rights: STL Plug Creations retains all rights to its own website design, product photography, and any non-customer-submitted designs or templates.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • STL Plug Creations does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

     

  • We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, except as guaranteed in our Return and Refund Policy regarding defects.

     

  • In no case shall STL Plug Creations, its owners, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
