STL Plug Creations Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with STL Plug Creations! We value your business and strive for your complete satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully, as it differentiates between standard and customized products.
1. Return Window

Eligibility Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Items Eligible for Return/Exchange
Only items sold without customization, personalization, or memorial elements are eligible for return. These include:

Blank, unprinted accessories.

Non-personalized, standard stock items (e.g., a generic tumbler, keychain, tote bag, hoodie, or shirt if it was sold without any custom prints or personalization).
Condition: All eligible items must be returned in the following condition:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Free of pet hair, smoke, odors, and stains.
3. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
Due to the unique and personalized nature of our work, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged (see Section 4):

All Custom Apparel: Any hoodie, shirt, bookbag, or tote bag featuring custom designs, names, logos, photos, or specific sizing/color requests.

Personalized Accessories: Custom keychains, tumblers, and any accessories bearing personalization.

Memory Necklaces: Items featuring photos, ashes, or specific memorial personalization.

Gift Cards and items marked as Clearance or Sale.
Important Note: We cannot accept returns for final sale items due to customer remorse, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or dislike of the chosen design/color once produced.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If a custom or standard item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error in production on our part (e.g., wrong size/color was sent compared to the order confirmation, or a print is misaligned):

Contact Us Immediately: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide Evidence: Send clear photographs of the damage or defect, along with your Order Number, to stlplugcreations@gmail.com.

Resolution: Upon verification of the defect, we will offer you a replacement of the identical item or a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. The Return Process

Shipping Instructions: If approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Customer Responsibility: For all eligible returns (e.g., non-custom item returned due to customer preference), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a verifiable defect or an error on our part (per Section 4), we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
