Order Processing Time

  • Standard (Non-Custom) Items:
    Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom Orders:
    Processing times vary depending on the item type, complexity, and quantity ordered. During your consultation, an estimated production and shipping timeline will be provided. Once the final design is approved, production begins and shipping details will be confirmed.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method. We use reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on:

  • Destination location

  • Selected shipping method

  • Carrier performance

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


International Shipping

International shipping availability and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping provider.


Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and supporting photos if applicable. We will assist in filing a claim or determining the appropriate resolution.
