STL Plug Creations Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with STL Plug Creations! We are committed to getting your unique, customized items to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Definition: Processing Time is the duration it takes for us to design, create, print, and prepare your order for shipment. This is in addition to the shipping time.
Standard Processing: Please allow 3–7 Business Days for your order to be processed.
- Custom Orders: The processing time for custom apparel, memory items, and tumblers begins only after we receive final design approval from you.
Business Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).
High-Volume Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, special sales), processing times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated on our website or at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

We offer free local pickup for customers in the St. Louis area.
If you select this option at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready with the pickup address.
Pickup Hours: Pickup must be scheduled and completed no later than 5:00 PM on the arranged day. Please contact us promptly if you need to adjust your pickup time.

Availability: Same-Day Delivery is available for local St. Louis customers upon request, depending on order size and complexity.
Service: This delivery service is facilitated using a third-party service (Uber).
Fee: The customer is responsible for the full cost of the Uber delivery service, which is calculated based on the distance between our location and the drop-off point. This fee must be paid before the order is dispatched.
Process: To request this service, please contact us immediately after placing your order at stlplugcreations@gmail.com. We will confirm eligibility and the delivery fee.
Risk: Once the order is handed over to the Uber driver, STL Plug Creations is not responsible for transit delays, damage, or delivery errors.

Confirmation: Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. We primarily use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Domestic Only: At this time, STL Plug Creations primarily ships to addresses within the United States (including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.

Damaged Packages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at stlplugcreations@gmail.com (per our Return Policy, Section 4). We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
- Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, the liability for the package shifts to the carrier.
- If the tracking information shows the package was Delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the respective carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) first to inquire about the delivery.
- We can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
